If you're looking for a unique getaway, Šarganska Osmica is an absolute gem! I recently spent some time there over Christmas; the charm of staying in this historic railroad station was enchanting. The accommodations are spotless and equipped with everything you need-a comfy private bathroom, a lovely seating area, and a TV for some evening relaxation. Plus, the bungalows have this gorgeous garden view that perfectly complements the peaceful setting. One of the standout experiences for me was dining at the on-site restaurant, where I savoured some local specialties that showcased the region's flavours. And if you enjoy cooking, you can also make use of the shared barbecue facilities in the garden. The staff were warm and helpful, assisting me with bookings and making sure I felt at home. Finding a little grocery shop and bar just 100 metres down the road made the overall experience even more convenient. Whether you're traveling with loved ones or seeking some solo reflection, Šarganska Osmica is a good spot to unwind and absorb the beautiful nature that surrounds it. I can assure you, I'll be returning soon for another relaxing escape!
